- Registrations are binding.
- Due to the special workshop format, registrations
with
dance partner are preferred.
- Single registrations will be handled through a
waiting
list until a dance partner can be assigned.
- Participation will be confirmed within 10 days after
registration
and available spot/dance partner.
- In order to reserve the workshop spot, the invoice needs to be paid
within
10 days after invoice issue date (latest though 3 days before workshop start).
- A registration is only valid upon payment of both
dance
partners.
- In case of cancellation of a confirmed spot:
- The assigned dance partner will be
moved to the
waiting list.
- A workshop pass transfer must be
approved by
the organizers first.
- In case of full cancellation, fees will
apply
for both dance partners (see below).
- Depending on the date of cancellation the following cancellation
fees will apply:
- CHF25.00 starting September 15, 2019
- 50% starting September 23, 2019
- 100% starting October 7, 2019
- Insurance is the responsibility of the
participant..
- The organizer assumes no liability.
