Do you know the feeling that you go to a festival, receive great new
dance material, but never get around to train it? Or maybe when you do
train the material, you still have some questions that you would love
to ask the teachers?
Lindy Lab is a series of workshops
aimed at improving your dance and practice skills! This concept
creates the unique opportunity to learn from fantastic international
teachers, and work together with them to improve your dancing!
If the answer to the questions below is YES, then the Lindy Lab is
something for you!
Lindy Lab digs deep into specific material with one
internationally renowned teaching couple to fully immerse into
their talent, styling and technique!
The workshop will give you a total of 8h of Lindy Hop(4h of focused classes
and 4h of supervised practice
time!)
The Lindy Lab provide structured practice time supervised by local
teachers to help and give you tools for an enhanced training and
continued learning at home.
Explore your latest Lindy Hop input from the Lab, have fun social dancing or simply meet up with friends! Social dance party on Saturday night from 21:00-01:00.
Classes in this workshop will be small
(approx. 12 couples), and we aim to fill the levels with ambitious and dedicated dancers.
You never miss a chance to dance in your scene and attended
multiple international workshops. Your dance connects to the
music.
You have a good variety of figures. You can lead/follow
clearly, sometimes you add some improvisation. Your dance shows the changes in the
music. You can handle fast music. You are hooked to Lindy Hop and want to improve as
fast as possible!
Your life is filled with lindy hop! Classes, practice, parties,
and you have attended numerous international workshops. All the time! Your dance
expresses musicality and the mood of the song.
You are in full control of your body
movement and are able to analyze and adjust your own dancing. You have no problem
leading/following, improvising and dancing to really fast music. You know exactly what
you want to improve in your own dancing. You probably learn a lot from filming yourself,
training with dance partners and working on small details.
